01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and y999app ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing y999app, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, or participating in any game, bet or promotion on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

y999app reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of y999app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your overall agreement with y999app.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

y999app is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any activity on y999app. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

y999app does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18. If we have reason to believe that a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance will be held pending identity verification. If the player is confirmed to be underage, all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction
• Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device
• y999app is intended for personal entertainment use only — not for business or commercial activity

03 Account Registration

To use y999app, you must create a player account by providing accurate and complete registration information. You agree that all information provided at registration and at any time thereafter is truthful, current and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. y999app will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited
• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person
• You must notify y999app immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• y999app may request additional KYC documentation including CNIC or valid photo ID at any point
• Account information changes (name, phone number, payment method) must be updated through official support channels only

y999app reserves the right to refuse registration, close accounts or restrict access in cases where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms or activity that poses a risk to the platform or other players.

04 Deposits & Payments in PKR

All transactions on y999app are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and select mobile wallets. y999app does not accept deposits made by third parties — all deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.

Deposits are credited to your y999app balance after confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Minimum deposit amounts are shown at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method
• Deposits are non-refundable once wagering has commenced
• y999app does not charge a deposit fee — payment providers may apply their own charges
• Third-party deposits (sent from another person's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account) are not permitted and will be reversed
• y999app reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit at any time

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your y999app account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. All withdrawal amounts are paid in PKR. y999app does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within one to three hours during business hours. Raast and bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. VIP members at Platinum tier and above receive priority processing on all withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification — this is standard procedure for all accounts
• Bonus funds and wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal can be processed from a bonus balance
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown at the time of the withdrawal request
• y999app reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds
• Withdrawal requests submitted during platform maintenance windows will be queued and processed in order once the maintenance period ends

06 Bonuses & Promotions

y999app offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions such as PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated to you.

General bonus conditions applicable across all y999app promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are for use on the y999app platform only
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering conditions
• y999app reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements or cancel a promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play or any form of bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, per household, per device and per payment method

07 VIP Programme

y999app's VIP programme operates across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity in PKR over a rolling period. The specific PKR thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of the platform.

VIP benefits increase at each tier and include cashback on net losses, higher reload bonus percentages, faster withdrawal processing, access to higher-limit casino tables and, at Diamond and Elite levels, a named account manager. y999app reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits and the overall programme structure at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme in advance.

• VIP status is not guaranteed permanently — inactivity over a defined period may result in tier review or demotion
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses only and credited on a schedule defined per tier
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred
• y999app reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP programme for any breach of these Terms

08 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on y999app covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic Pakistan cricket), Football, Esports and additional markets as available. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless explicitly permitted under specific in-play or cash-out rules.

• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided (e.g., due to match abandonment or postponement) will be refunded to your account balance in PKR
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or have maximum stake limits applied at any time without prior notice
• y999app reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of manipulation, match-fixing or irregular activity
• Accumulator bets are subject to the same voiding rules — a voided selection will be removed and the accumulator recalculated with the remaining legs
• Maximum winnings per single bet or accumulator are capped and are displayed in the betting section
• PSL and international cricket markets are subject to official match results as determined by the relevant cricket board

09 Casino, Slots & Fish Games

Casino games, Slots, Fish Games and Live Casino tables on y999app are provided through third-party game providers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer titles, a real dealer managed by the provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are disclosed within the individual game information where required.

• y999app does not manipulate game outcomes — all results are determined by the game provider's certified systems
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during play, any bet in progress will be handled according to the game provider's disconnection policy — typically resulting in a void bet and stake refund
• y999app is not liable for technical failures originating from the game provider's systems
• Fish game results, including bonus rounds and boss fish encounters, are determined by certified RNG and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player
• Live Casino table limits — minimum and maximum PKR bet amounts — are set by the game provider and are displayed before you join a table

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y999app. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals frozen and the matter reviewed. y999app reserves the right to permanently close accounts and forfeit balances where serious breaches are confirmed.

• Creating more than one account on y999app for the same individual
• Using another person's identity, payment method or personal details to register or transact
• Attempting to exploit bonuses, promotions or free bets through coordinated or systematic abuse
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to interact with the platform
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack or interfere with y999app's systems, games or security infrastructure
• Placing bets on fixed or manipulated events, or using insider information not publicly available
• Using y999app for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate communication directed at y999app staff or other players

11 Privacy & Data

y999app collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with the platform. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and promotional communications where applicable.

y999app does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment providers, KYC verification services and other essential operational partners as necessary to deliver the platform's services. 12 Account Suspension & Closure

y999app reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension include, but are not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or a formal request from the account holder to self-exclude for responsible gaming purposes.

• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support
• Where an account is closed at the player's request with no outstanding Terms violations, any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method
• Where an account is suspended due to a Terms breach, balances may be held pending investigation
• Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the minimum period requested and cannot be reversed during that period

13 Limitation of Liability

y999app provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or circumstances beyond our control including network outages or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted, y999app's liability to any player is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time any claim arises. y999app is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any losses arising from a player's failure to read or comply with these Terms.

Gaming on y999app involves financial risk. You accept that losses are a natural part of gaming and that y999app is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on your gaming activity.

14 Changes to These Terms

y999app may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the platform or through registered contact details where reasonably practicable. The updated Terms will take effect from the date published on this page. Continued use of y999app after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, you may close your account by contacting the support team. Outstanding balances will be returned in PKR to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.
